As part of the Australia Division Business Operational Risk mpliance, your role will support the team providing 2nd line oversight across the Commercial Distribution siness Owners Portfolioshe 2nd line oversight role is a formalized component of the Bank-s 3 lines of defense with the to ensure that the business manage operational risk mpliance effectively, et the requirements of Confidential Risk mpliance frameworkslthough this role will largely be focused on the Commercial siness Owners Portfolios, an important aspect of the role is to foster velop consistent practices across the AR&C division-s 2nd line teamp>

This role is accountable for

Reportable events oversight calation
Monthly business risk Confidential performance monitoring porting
Risk oversight ematic reviews
2nd line processcumentation
Engagement / participation to Group lead Operational Risk & Complianceinitiatives
Foster strong fective working relationships across the broader OR&C team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have skills, knowledge perience in the following

Relevant financial services experience rtiary qualified
Relevant experience in operational risk Compliance or related disciplines
Able to build strong, open llaborative working relationships
Clear fective communication skills, both written rbal
Strong analytical ructured thinking
Able to manage priorities nflicting issues in a professional/risk based manner
Project Confidential delivery or governance experience
Internal or External audit experience
Technology or Information security experience
