 About the role 

My client is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Perth CBD for an initial 12 month fixed term contract, with possibility of extension.

You'll have a strong track record of providing professional and extensive administrative support across a fast-paced business. You will also be required to employ initiative to work across a variety of duties, projects and tasks within an administrative function ranging from front desk reception duties, call management, diary management, travel bookings, expenses, sales & marketing support, some finance duties and event management. There will be times where you will be expected to go beyond the role to achieve successful outcomes for the business and those you support. 
About you 
Excellent attention to detail  Experience with event planning Previously involved in organising an office move would be highly desirable Extremely strong written and verbal English communication skills  Able to use discretion in relation to confidential information  Liaise regularly with both internal and extremely high-profile clients and executives  Research and undertake projects as required   Responsibility of office cleanliness and upkeep A friendly and professional manner for front desk duties
