Located on the banks of the Swan River, near Confidential, Wonil HoteI is a new build 4 star boutique HoteI offering 66 rooms most with balconies ews over the Swan River, an 80- Eater restaurant with a Western Australian food ne focus, along with an outdoor terrace designed to host unique events for up to 100 pax.
We are currently seeking a Night Manager for our newest HoteI opening in Perth, Wonil HoteI - Htten Collection, an inaugural HoteI of Confidential's new global Htten Collection brnd Perth's newest boutique HoteI opening late .
As our next Night Manager reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will:
Ull; Manage the overnight operations of the HoteI
Ull; Customer service duties including check ins, check outs naging any guest enquires.
Ull; Managing the night audit process including correctly posting all HoteI revenue for the day, accurately identifying discrepancies, oducing a complete night audit report thoroughly curately.
Ull; Ensuring the health, safety ll- Eing of all guests during your shift
Ull; Monitoring HoteI security overnight
What we are looking for:
Ull; A night owl, who is a self- Tarter with the ability to work unsupervised
Ull; Someone with a positive attitude, a genuine customer service focus e technical ability to process the nightly audit of all front office transactions
Ull; A fast- Thinking, customer focused problem solver with initiative that takes pride in creating livering memorable guest experiences whilst ensuring that all daily revenue has been captured ported on
Ull; Night Audit Accounts experience is highly regarded as this role will provide a great career path into other areas of operations or finance
