This role reports into the Learning &Manager for RTS rms a critical part of the broader Human Resources teamp>

As National Technical Training Manager you will lead a team of six 6 technical trainers in the Rail Transit Systems division across Vic, Confidential de are open to the position being based in either Confidential or Melbourne as long as you are flexible to travel to our various locations as requiredour responsibilities will include

Development plementation of a competency based framework nationallyr>Build a learning Confidential system to automate job role requirements monstrate competency compliance contractually gislativelybr>Perform training needs analysis TNA for each rail operations to address competency requirements entify future capability needsr>Manage design, development, implementation aluation of a range of accredited n-accredited rail, maintenance uipment training coursesr>Manage third party training agreements contract with registered training organisations wner-s responsibilities as -Training Provider-r>Manage resources recast requirements aligned with budget constraintsr>Provide coaching ntoring to technical trainers sure we have adequate trainers aligned with budget
Provide guidance to our national training coordinator support to best leverage learning Confidential system LMS capabilities sure our training framework is correct nsistent across the businessr>Source government financial support for training initiativesr>Manage quality control of courseware applying appropriate design consistent with engineering sts cument control principlesr>Lead audits internal, contractual with client th external bodies e ONRSRr>

Ideally you will have the following skills perience

Degree qualified ideally in Organisationalor similar
Good experience leading a Technical Training function within a large Confidential heavy industry or similar preferred
Ability to lead a national team rtner with business stakeholders to deliver on Company technical skills ture capabilityin line with business plans, project outcomes, best , gislative compliance whilst focusing on implementing continuous improvement novation in learning
An underst of risk, regulatory mpliance frameworks perience in designing developing plementation of compliance learning programs
Ability to partner fluence senior stakeholders across the Rail Transit Systems division
Excellent working knowledge of contemporary learning practices including e-learning mote learningr>
