About the Position

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a National Manager to join our high energy, friendly and passionate Novated Business Development Team. This role is pivotal in building a high-performance business development team and culture.

You will be responsible for:

Develop, rollout and maintain strategic sales plan of our Novated Lease products to achievenew business target.
Working directly with the Novated Business Development Team to maintain existing networks, identify and secure new opportunities for the Eclipx Group.
Contribute to the establishment of new account management implementation plans, relating to confirming customer requirements, by identifying needs and wants and matching these to the company’s products and services
Understand business requirements of prospective clients and shape the response of proposals.
Maintain a high level of competitor intelligence, including product offering, pricing and strategy
Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives
Lead, coach and develop a team of Novated Business Development Managers to deliver their capability and ensure they are operating in line with our Sales strategy.

Contribute to the development of appropriate business development and sales processes and embed these with the Novated BDM team.
Assist in the marketing of the business in order to ensure long term consumer client relationships and onboarding of new clients.
In conjunction with the Sales leadership team, identify key industry and customer targets and focus BDM efforts behind these priorities
Identify and recommend the appropriate sales and marketing tools and new product initiatives to support our growth ambitions.
Capture and leverage knowledge, manage and control operational risk, and manage project management systems/processes within the function
Other duties as required

What we are looking for:

Proven ability to lead and coach a team to deliver outstanding sales results
Exceptional customer engagement and business development management skills
Thorough knowledge of and experience in the motor vehicle leasing industry.
A proven ability to build, manage and influence stakeholder relationships
