The Company

Robert Half is partnered exclusively with this global leading professional services firm to identify a talented and proactive HR Manager to join their team, based in Sydney in a newly created role. This firm offers a suite of consulting services within risk & compliance, internal audit and technology consulting, partnering with top tier commercial, financial services and government clients. As part of a wider team comprised of 8 individuals, as the HR Manager you oversee 2 direct reports, and will be tasked with driving people engagement initiatives.

Reporting to the APAC HR Director, this is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic all-rounder to develop their skills within a collaborative and progressive business.

The Role

The HR Manager will oversee a small team and will provide HR support from both an operational and strategic perspective, with key responsibilities including:

Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, including employee relations Working in collaboration with stakeholders and the HR team to develop and localise key people and culture strategiesDeveloping and implementing exciting wellbeing initiativesTalent acquisition, succession planning and working closely with the recruitment team to develop strategiesCoaching and guiding leaders and ensuring best practiceWorking closely with the HR Director on DEI initiativesSalary benchmarking, benefits
and remuneration related processes and proceduresProviding ongoing advice, coaching and support to members within the HR team

The Individual

To be successful in this role, you will have experience as an HRBP, HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the professional services sector. You must have a sound understanding of Australian Employment Legislation and be able to coach, support and guide a team.
