We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team as a National Account Manager - Major Groceryorking closely with the National Business Manager les Director, this is a key role assisting in driving sustainable growth in the Health Foods scuits portfolio with a Major Grocery customery developing a strong engagement plan across all departments internally ternally, you will build a win-win plan to meet PepsiCo e Customers objectives with a view of driving category growthp>

Key Accountabilities:

Own velop the relationships with the retailers across the categories
Ensure successful range review outcomes category growth strategies
Deliver retailing solutions to drive expe consumption categories
Lead the cross-functional team to achieve business objectives
Work with other retailer teams to align on customer activity
Launch New Products ecute in store activations
Build customer centric capability with the broader cross-functional team
Develop promotional programs that deliver gross t sales growth
Work with the business to ensure forecast accuracy
Work with VRPs to ensure service levels

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Minimum 7yrs experience in a related FMCG sales function
Experience in Account Confidential/Sales Confidential/ eally Category Confidential
Ability to seek, understse category insights ends to assist the building lling of plans
Excellent communications nfident negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills with excellent planning nfidential ideally worked on JBPs/BDPs
Proven track record of building strong customer relationships livering results
