We are seeking highly motivated, resilient, reliable, positive customer service professionals to join our Member Engagement retail team/p>

You will deal with member , relating to Banking, Roadside Assistance surance policy alterations, quotes w businesshe Member Engagement team use a unique approach, as you are empowered to engage with each member ovide recommendations on products rvices that suit their individual needsur team works across a rotating roster

Relief role covering all Confidential stores - base location:
Stafford
Full- time hours rostered over a 6-day working week
Availability required to 7:
00am to 5:
15pm, 8:
30am-1:
15pm
Full-time training provided for up to 10 weeks
Open to travel

Duties

Determine, understnd deliver on our member-s needs
Create an open, engaging environment where members feel at ease
Promote Confidential products cilitate referrals to specialist staff
Contribute to the achievement of service sts in a multichannel environment, including face-to-face a phone, nd click-to-chat
Maximise opportunities to achieve team dividual KPI-s
Live the Confidential values ntinue to build on our strong reputation

Skills & Experience

Sales customer service experience in a retail or contact centre environment
Previous experience in banking or financial services
Team players who are committed, reliable sitive
Strong listening skills, an engaging communication style oven ability to determine your customers- needs
Attention to detail curate data entry skills, while working in a fast-paced, structured environment
Adaptable cepting of change
