Supporting the Marketing mmunications program for Australia, New Zealapan, Hong Kong, China ngapore

Principal Accountabilities ties:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the growth nfidential our online marketing initiatives including cte acquisition, job boards, analytics mpaign marketing for the APAC operations, ensuring we have consistent delivery of online projects which supports our business growth goals lps to raise the brofile of Confidentialp>

Your responsibilities include acquiring new ctes via job applications, resumes submissions ternal ternal CV databases, collaborating with our sales team to ensure registration tivation of ctes, managing marketing campaigns itiativesp>

You will recommend marketing initiatives to drive cte conversions gagements, as well as owning cte mpaign analytics commending actions based on performance, with a focus on acquisition modelling as well as CPA analysishe success of this role responsibility will depend on your ability to partner with a number of stakeholders across the business, including the International Zone IZ teams, North American lifecycle rtech teams, PMO ms ternal vendors to develop plement key projectsou will also play a leading role in acting on behalf on of the APAC marketing team, liaising with key stakeholders e sales/field teamsp>

You'll also be closely aligned with the North American online b leadership team, ensuring we have a consistent overarching global strategy, presenting APAC in any strategic developmentsp>

Specific responsibilities include:

Cte acquisition

Drive the cte acquisition program, including overseeing our supplier job board contract negotiations, managing timising the acquisition of cte CVs across all sources both internal ternal in APAC marketsoduce monthly arterly quantitative metrics to measure the success of the cte acquisition program with a focus on increasing the placement conversion rate in all sources particular for in house website/aggregatorsManage timise budgets to ensure we are spending money on the channels which represent the highest ROI for least CPAntinuously improve the acquisition experience, maximising lead generation rture programIdentify crease quality cte resumes for cte short marketsPartner with our APAC Digital obal MarTech team as required to recommend conversion
enhancements based on our internal analytics reviewsrking with field eld leadership to provide regular guidance commendations on cte acquisition strategies, present budget recommendations ovide training to encourage best practice usage of job board tools where required>Campaign marketing

Managing our APAC regional marketing campaigns, including scope,livery of marketing campaign initiativespiling monthly, quarterly & annual reports on marketing campaigns commending online marketing initiatives to drive acquisition, with a focus on conversion rate optimisationProject Confidential of specific seasonal nual marketing campaigns, bringing together key stakeholders, maintaining project timelines livery of campaign>Reporting

Compiling monthly, quarterly nual reports for the following areas:
Marketing campaigns - seasonal nual, including ROI, contracted feesJob board analytics including applications, interviews, placements, contracted fees, ROI ratioCombine the analysis of end-to-end conversion funnels with consultant feedback, capitalizing on opportunities for increased performance

Planning, budgeting porting

Produce monthly arterly quantitative metrics to measure the success of the didate acquisition programr>

Profile:
Qualifications perience:
