The Marketing analytics team at Macquarie helps our marketers make sense of their marketing budgets, marketing business ds in data-backed strategic decision makingou will work with marketing team to underste effect of their marketing effort at they can do to improve thisn addition, you are equipped with knowledge pertise in the field of quantitative techniquesou will apply your developed methods dels to different challenges in the field of media & marketing, such as the allocation of advertising budgets, marketing economics, mix media modelling, attribution or campaign effectiveness analysisp>


You comprehend complex problems quickly, are creative in finding solutions u are results-orientedou are part of a diverse team that consists of people with similar backgrounds, experts from the concerning work fieldp>

What will I do-

processing, analysing delling data from various sources within marketing team
making decisions about data, methodology, delling within a project to ensure the quality of the outcomes, scuss progress sues
contributing to technical improvements of existing solutions, as well as to theof new analytical product offerings
instructing more junior project members in their tasks, viewing their work; taking the technical lead of project teams
use agile an practices, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, rketing, enabling decision making on product development, experiments rketing efforts
providing recommendations on improving revenue, conversion rate, stomer experiencer>

Is this for me-

degree with an emphasis on analytics atistics such as Econometrics, Technical/Applied Mathematics or a related study
2-3 years of relevant experience
excellent underst of statistics onometric modelling
strong communication esentation skills, with a keen eye for detail
strong technical skills, coding experience, preferably Python
knowledge of probabilistic programming or Bayesian modelling techniques is a plus
interested in quantitative marketing
experience with Web ansactional insight reporting, strong underst of digital best practice
experience with G360, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Audience Manager, or similar tool, desirable
data-driven mindset, seeking out both quantitative alitative data when making decisions
