Your Opportunity:

We are looking to appoint a Managing Consultant to drive and lead key client engagements across a range of industries and types of projects, such as consulting services, data transformation, analytics and AI.

We combine traditional management consulting with our recruitment and SOW engagements, providing our clients with an outsourced partner for their Technology, Business Transformation and Digital needs.

Leading a team servicing our blue chip client base, your appointment will further strengthen our Top 3 position across our PSA clients, with a goal of becoming No#1 supplier in each. Your focus will be to build on the existing success and take both account portfolios to new heights.
Leading and driving an agile team, you and your team are responsible for end-to-end solutions for large Enterprise clients in the Banking and Finance sector.

Reporting into the NSW Sales Director, you will have a passion for new business development and a desire to build on the success of an already well-established client base. The role will encompass establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with clients to facilitate achievement.

This role will suit an experienced consultant with high earning potential and the drive to take their earnings to the next level. We have no threshold and no cap on our commission structure.

To be successful you will:

Oversee the day-to-day work of the project delivery team, identify and provide solutions to client problems
Responsibilities within project management will include building strong relationships with mid-level client management and independently assessing client agenda, internal culture and change readiness.
In leading the problem-solving process to drive high-value decisions, you will also have the opportunity to mentor junior teammates and contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution
Build strong relationships with mid-level client management and independently assessing client agenda, priorities, internal culture and change readiness
Have a background in recruiting executives, both business and technical, within banking, finance and wealth management.
Have an understanding of business technology and its use in financial market operations, risk management, wealth management, trade support, derivatives and other such areas within financial services.
Confidently build new relationships with existing and new clients by delivering high quality solutions and by provide outstanding service
Be driven to rank as No# 1 supplier to these prestigious blue-chip accounts and develop and maximise existing accounts to their full potential.


University Degree in IT / Marketing / Human Resources preferable but not essential;
Sound knowledge of mainstream IT industry and understanding of IT terminology / roles;
Proven senior account management, consulting and/or client relationship experience and skills.
