As a Manager for Retail Decision Systems, you will be a Product Owner working in a high performing team developing plementing solutions around data sk decision systems while ensuring the Risk decision systems are operational will collaborate with the Risk business to ensure that the work is strategically aligned to the tribe mission gages with other Product Owners itiative Leads to align nage interdependencies will enable spire a multi-disciplinary team 'Squad' to pursue its mission, by guiding them on 'what' work should be completed by the squadlst this role is not a people manager, it is a key leadership role, galvanising the squad around a vision pporting them to successfully deliver customer value at pacet of your responsibility is to engage with Technology in the deployment of Risk strategy changes so to work with project teams outside of Risk wanting to use Risk infrastructure are also expected to have the ability to be effective at translating Business Requirements to workable User Stories ve a mindset to deliver business value while anticipating any impacts as a consequence of the changesgt;

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following

Educated to degree level in a numerate or commercial discipline
Effective people oject Confidential skills - with the ability to motivate nage members of a squad
Expertise user in at least 2 ETL or decision systems
Proven ability to be able to make Business rule rategy changes>A successful track record in Consumer Risk Confidential years + experience in risk risk Confidential systemss includes experience in a number of components of the credit life cycle, in at least 1 or more product areas at least 2 functional areas
Strong P&L focus, with the ability to think operationally plement projects providing a P&L impact
Underst of scorecard/modelher assessment systems
Ability to understd align priorities to Value metrics of the services eir Operational impacts
Ability to maintain high sts of accuracy rk under pressure to achieve deadlines
Good commercial business acumen
Well-developed written al skills
Strong working knowledge of one or more of the following; Ab Initio Express IT Business Configuration, PowerCurve Customer Confidential, Collections Decisioning
Strong communication skills, both written rbal, with strong capabilities to articulate complex analytical informationong facilitation gotiation skills
Strong working knowledge of scrum ile methodologies
Good working knowledge of Atlassian tools Jira nfluence
