Your new role

You will be a key member of the team responsible for:

Play an active role in the delivery of multiple engagements with a focus on Sales Transformation with a broad range of FMCG tail clients ose in other sectors, including:
Collaborating as part of cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions for clients
Providing clients with strategic mmercial advice, including insights commendations enabled by our Customer Experience methodology, structured thinking her technical knowledge
Working with clients nfidential teams to understot cause issues, potential solutions ticulate business benefits
Managing client deliverables pectations, including drafting client reports esentations, communications ilding relationships
Identifying opportunities for future service delivery ading businessactivities across channel les strategies
Provide input ntribute to the planning livery of engagements including work plans, timelines, project Confidential source allocationr>Be a support, coach courage the Consultant nior Consultant teams to integrate into the firm velop their capabilities ntribution always maximizing engagement ality outcomesr>

You bring to the role

A consulting sales background coupled with:

Demonstrated experience in a customer experience role B2B or B2C oriented organization or previous consulting experience to clients on these disciplinesr>Solid experience in sales transformation or sales operations Confidential, channel strategies livery models
Experience in guiding or governing multiple sales channels including sales teams contact centre operations
aspects of a project including facilitating workshops, influencing iding key stakeholders ntoring team members
Ability to apply structured thinking alysis techniques to complex biguous problems
Ability to juggle competing demnd work in a dynamic environment
Proven ability to synthesis alyze large amounts of data with easer>Excellent communication terpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear mpelling arguments to external clientsr>Natural critical thinking skills e ability to work through complex business problems to develop strategy anslate into practical actions resulting in organizational effectivenessr>
