About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team looking after the Ongoing Customer Due Diligence OCDD for Entity KYC in Australiahis is a new function of the Institutional KYC team that is required by regulations to ensure ongoing entity KYC activities are completedour role will be responsible for the team Confidential, reporting/ tracking of progress suring audit requirements are followed for the AU Team, working closely with your regional colleaguesou will be required to ensure the team is up to date on policy changes quirements that need to be modified on an ongoing basis, working closely with local Financial Crime RO functions as well as back office support teamsr>
The KYC Service team is at the forefront of protecting Confidential r Customers from financial crimehis role is responsible for:

Managing the KYC entity Ongoing Customer Due Diligence OCDD requirements on behalf of Institutional Relationship teams oduct partners
Ensuring king ownership for KYC OCDD requests while ultimate ownership sponsibility for KYC belongs with the RM/Banker
Providing a customer centric approach that minimises effort proves the client experience in the KYC process
Ensuring KYC -collect- requirements are fully compliant with Confidential regulatory obligations nfidential AML/CTF policies ocedures
Providing guidance to the customer on KYC requirements in a clear, concise stomer friendly manner
Providing subject matter expertise on KYC requirements sist with solutions for policy exceptions


In this role, you will be the conduit between the customer nfidential to complete Entity KYC in a streamlined, efficient manner with the customer lens overlayr>
You will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to ensuring the best possible experience for both Confidential Customers nkers major part of this role is to provide input edback to promote ongoing improvements to policy ocess in a collaborative manner, building veraging stakeholder relationships to help drive KYC Compliance to %br>
