Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Customer Analytics team in CS&I, this is a pivotal role where you will be required to collaborate with the broad CS&I team to develop capability improvements for the benefit of the whole department e Fundn your capacity as a manager you will lead one direct report Analytics Data Engineer rk in close collaboration with the Manager of Data Science, other leads within CS&I as well as Technology teams to build ototype innovative solutions prior to production deploymentsr>
This is a broad technical role requiring strong skills in data, data science, contemporary programming, cloud experience in MS Azure ogle, it offers autonomy e opportunity to make a positive impact in advancing the state of data,sho w to exploit data velop data solutions to their full potentialr>
You will be known as the go-to person chnical lead for CS&I in relation to the Fund-s migration to MS Azure cloudr>
What you-ll


Demonstrated experience leading veloping a small team of technical specialists
Excellent communications skills, ility to influence stakeholders effectively
High levels of initiative with the ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities
Minimum of 10 years working in related analytics capability roles
Demonstrated experience in delivering complex end-to-end automated Analytics solutions preferably in a modern Cloud ecosystem
Technical knowledge of Next Best Action approaches Recommender Systems
Highly competent in hnof data pipelines ature generation to enable highly scalable advanced analytical workflowsr>Technical underst of deploying models as a service using REST API
Technical expertise to implement advanced analytical systems based on:
- Neural Networks, XGBoost, RForest, k-Means, k-prototypes, Linear, non-linear programming, Ensemble Models, AutoML, Recommender systems
Advanced programming skills in R Python
Advanced SQL skills
Experience in Cloud platforms:
MS Azure
Visualisation tools including Tableau Power BI
