The Role

This extraordinary role will see you enjoy responsibility of:

Managing the monthly preparation, reporting and analysis of corporate cost centre results, including preparation and posting of monthly accruals and prepayments.Monthly preparation and reporting of corporate cost centre forecasts, including system updates and liaising with stakeholders where required.Annual budget preparation for corporate cost centres, including system updates and liaising with stakeholders where required.Provision of ad hoc support (e.g. journal prep and entry, GL reconciliation, BAS preparation etc.) to the Corporate Finance team.Ensure adherence with AIFRS and US GAAP, including the ongoing assessment of the impact of differences between both sets of Accounting Standards.Liaise with external parties such as external auditors and other advisors on various accounting matters.Ensuring continual assessment and identification of process and system improvements and contribution to identified projects.Other ad hoc duties as requested by your Manager.Liaise with senior operational stakeholders, where required, to perform your role.

Your Skills& Experience

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or
related field.Advanced credentials such as CPA, CA or MBA are preferred.Outstanding relevant financial experience spanning at least six years.Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation with a high customer service orientation.Solid technology and analytical abilities.Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.Excellent knowledge of NetSuite Financials required.Extraordinary business insights.Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
