A fantastic newly-created position has arisen within a well-regarded organisation for a Loans Processing Officer join a highly successful team and upbeat team. The appointed applicant will demonstrate experience in providing full support to Clients, Multiple Lenders and Relationship Managers, coupled together with a sound knowledge of finance and banking products/administration. This is an extraordinary opportunity to further develop your investment administration and client-facing skills within a private client environment!

The Role

This fast-paced and dynamic role will see you responsible for organising, and preparing for, client and business development meetings including client information documentation. You will handle applications from submission through to settlement.

Your organisational skills will shine as you help prepare account opening documentation and undertake customer reviews. This highly dynamic role will see you assist with arranging securities transactions, mortgages for refinancing and also the purchase and construction of new investment properties.

Your impressive customer focus will be instrumental as you liaise with customers, respond to queries and work towards developing and maintaining lasting client relationships.

Your Skills & Experience

Extraordinary administration experience preferably in a banking environment.Brilliant knowledge of investments and the relevant regulations
and due diligence processes.Impressive attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.An unwavering dedication to delivering first class service internally and externally.
