Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer or lead, agency or client
Advanced skills in Figma or Sketch
HTML S experience extremely desirable but not required
Passionate about helping/collaborating with/mentoring more junior designers
Solid underst ssion for implementing design processes within an Agile environment
Underst of HCD Human-Centered Design
Strong skills in user interface design
Significant knowledge of user-centered design methodologies
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organisational oblem-solving skills
