Job Requirements
1. Only Australian candidates may apply.

3. Bachelors degree in marketing, sales, or related fields will be an advantage.
4. 3- 5 years of Sales experience.
1. Interpersonal skills to effectively manage, interact, negotiate, and communicate with
Customers.
2. Committed and dedicated.
3. Fast learner in a fast- Aced environment.
4. Customer service skills.
5. Sales ability to convert customers
5. Strong sales ability and business acumen.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
7. Leadership experience in managing people in a positive and inspiring manner.
8. Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start up environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and manage accounts which include roadshows and retail kiosks.
2. Monitor accounts performance and push the team to hit revenue goals.
3. Lead a team of promoters to achieve sales targets.
4. Motivate the sales team and create an atmosphere of healthy competition among the
Team.
5. Generating own leads and bringing in revenue for the brand.
6. Assist customers by selling our products and services, while maximizing sales.
