Our client is looking for a Customer Success Manager to add to the high-flying Customer Success team in their APAC HQ here in Sydney. The focus will be primarily on the implementation of the solution and training new users whilst providing ongoing support. Outside of this you will build, retain and grow your account portfolio. 
To be successful as a CS specialist you'll effectively collaborate with various internal stakeholders from functions such as Sales, Product, Tech and Marketing. You will have a true consultative mindset, quickly grasp their USP's, Tech-Stack
and specific industry nuances applying these to your clients based on their business goals and objectives. 
Collaborate with key decision-makers to customize and execute strategies on key accounts. Become a trusted advisor and build meaningful relationships within each account.  Deliver ROI on every account within your portfolio. Identify and forecast risk as well as growth opportunities within your portfolio. Highlight product improvements.  What you will need to bring to the table:
2 + years of experience in a Customer Success role with a SaaS vendor is essential. Proven track record in managing and directing overall project implementation from a process and systems perspective. By nature, you are innovative, persuasive, creative and have a genuine curiosity about your client's business. Ability & flexibility to travel according to project needs.
