Can you help us deliver better, quicker outcomes-

We-re looking for a Journey Expert to join our squad to help us deliver better outcomes, more reliably for our customers r teamou-ll sit back from initiative delivery stead work across the 3 Schemes squads to ensure we-re aligned fective at our delivery is meeting the expectations of our internal ternal partners such as , MasterCard, eftpos I/p>

We review, analyse tion scheme compliance requirements, managing the end to end deliveryiven the variety of our epics e range of our stakeholders, we-re looking for someone to help us ensure we-re keeping the bank compliant, ilding on the new opportunities that the schemes are introducingou will be delivery focused, identifying moving blockers to facilitate change deliverye are open to embracing whichever project delivery method is the right fit for each squad u-ll help us to navigate Jira, Confluence, Scrum, Kanban en- Waterfalle want to improve our velocity derstr burndown, u-ll help us the wayp>

Skills/experience you bring to the role include:

- Excellent stakeholder Confidential mmunication skills - the work we manage involves multiple stakeholders, multiple systems ried timelines, help us coordinate it for better managed delivery/p>

- Sophisticated user of Jira nfluence including ticket Confidential shboard- you-ll love using data ve a range of tools to support individual delivery adership team reviewou might be a Scrum Master or just keen to tryp>

- Ability to challenge us - you-ll need to be happy driving change shing us to do better

- Experienced in end to end change Confidential oject Confidential to ensure effective, predictable delivery
