Journey Expert Change Manager

The mission for the Tribe is to improve the Business Lending process stems risk Confidential framework through the delivery of remediation actions - the primary focus will be on the Business Lending Confidential remediation workp>

We are seeking two Journey Experts to support the implementation option of DocExchange, a strategic solution for receiving, storing trieving executed security documentsorking alongside business stakeholders part of a multi-disciplinary team, these roles will focus on providing readiness support to bankers okers to ensure that the business r customers are prepared for the change/p>

The Journey Experts will report to the Change Chapter Lead ll join the chapter to actively build change capability ive consistency insho w change is delivered across the Tribe/p>

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity based in but open for other locations within Australiap>

With the customer at the heart of your decision making, this role will:

Lead an change readiness activities, ensuring frontline erational teams are well prepared with updated processes, training mmunications to deliver the optimal experience sure the business is well prepared to meet compliance gulatory obligations
Define, deliver ecute communications, training gagement strategy ensuring change is successfully implemented bedded
Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across DocExchange lpe to ensure change is delivered seamlessly
Work with the project to optimise the customer nker experience sure that all impacts pendencies are considered
Contribute to thefinement of the Confidential change playbook, toolkits e tools mplates

What you bring to the Tribe-

To grow successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Extensive years of change Confidential experience banking or financial services experience preferred
Track record in executing people change activities in medium to large programs of work e conducting detailed change impact assessments veloping change plans
Experience owledge of current change Confidential principles, methodologies ols specifically training perience with hyper-care rformance support
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders velop/maintain relationships
Flexible aptable able to work in ambiguous, fast paced oss-functional team environments
Excellent written rbal communication skills, ility to deliver clear, simple & effective styles of facilitation
A strong execution mindset ility to deliver quality outputs within required timeframes, able to make decisions autonomously mmunicate direction, rationale tcomes clearly
Ideally you also have had some exposure to or experience in Agile methods of working including use of tools such as Jira or Confluence
