About The Role

As part of the Digital Portfolio, you will play a role within the Self-Service adoption team to drive digital lf-service ways of banking with our bankers stomers, aligned to our strategyp>

As part of the data stream, this role will be responsible for analysing data oviding insights in relation to the biggest priorities for self-service adoption within the Retail Distribution business as well as tracking progress take as a result of banker stomer adoption activitiesp>

This role will involve partnering with our data community across Retail distribution, Digital Portfolio s data to provide data/insights that enable execution of initiatives that encourage our bankers to adopt a -self-service first- process ndset for key service, over the counter mple sales transactions crease our customer-s uptake of digital/self-service bankingp>

This role will be responsible for:

Regular tracking nitoring Self-Service channel usage dashboard to manage nitor success of banker/customer adoption activities entify additional areas of focus
Analyse data ovide insights to self-service adoption lead/stakeholders to help guide decisions around prioritisation of activities that drive business value
Assist with iterativeof channel usage dashboard
Manage/produce monthly/quarterly reporting to stakeholders & senior leaders to progress to self-service adoption goals
Assisting with customer journey mapping, to enable data discovery
Conduct ad hoc data analysis as required for self-service adoption team to support broader bank initiatives, reporting rategy

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have skills, knowledge perience in the following:

Proven background in reporting or analyst role
Strong stakeholder Confidential, influencing & consulting skills
Ability to work within a complex data environment
Strong organisational skills ility to effectively manage competing priorities, multiple stakeholders al with ambiguity
Working knowledge/previous experience with BI reporting tools advantageous
Excellent communication, written esentation skills
Curious mindset rsistence/creative problem solving skills
