As an Iteration ow Manager, you will be part of the Credit Process Transformation CPT program in Institutional Banking, working in a cross-functional team supporting the delivery of strategic digital initiatives to improve the lives of our bankers ive efficiencies onsho w they manage our customersPT Program delivers end to end credit process automation, straight through processing, gitisation to contribute to the experience strategy for the Bank- ideating olvingbr>

You will act as a change agent collaborating with business, technology, ange SMEs to drive performance ficiency across the programour role is dynamic, u will design fit-for-purpose processes with the squads you work with, using data-driven experiments to drive process optimisationou will help squads to manage flow of delivery, mp in to facilitate different ceremonies edback loops with the teamsp>


You will work alongside the Agile rformance Lead to help drive Process Optimisation on a strategic level across the entire programou will take an active role in empowering ucating squads across the program to uplift their system thinking to help drive an evolutive approach to process improvement obal optimisationp>


What your day will look like

Process optimization:
Use Kanban method to drive global optimisation in our delivery capability
Change agent:
Drive change, coach pport team's improvement using an evolutive approach gentle, consistent w-resistance
Facilitation:
Facilitate ceremonies on both squad ogram levels Backlog Replenishment, planning sessions, retrospective, quarterly plan, -
Data driven:
Help teams understd implement effective metrics on things that impact value driven deliveryelp teams to use data to drive improvement
Collaboration:
Collaborate with stakeholders chnology to deliver new -flight initiatives run elaboration sessions, work with squads on product vision, etcoster collaboration across different squads to drive systemic improvements in the programbr>Outcome focus:
Consistent focus on outcomes, value nefits when working with squads
Coaching:
Upskill Product Owners her roles to work effectively with squadsomfortable giving ceiving feedbackr>


About You

To grow successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Confident pathetic leadership style with excellent communication skills presenting messages in a clear, concise, ticulate mannerbr>Minimum Kanban System Design KMP I certification, preferably with KMP Kanban Confidential Professional KMP
