An established spected government entity based in the CBD have a reputation for promoting from withinn opportunity within their Service Desk team has become available, as such, they are looking for an Service Desk Analyst or IT Support profile to provide Level 1/2 support, over the phone, face to face an internal userbase on a permanent basisp>

The Role

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, the Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing 1st d level support to various business units akeholders in a collaborative, team-based environmentp>

Key responsibilities include:

Administering Active Directory AD ExchangeSupport of Windows operating systemsTroubleshooting a range of software issues dertaking software updatesDelivering exceptional technical support erate
within specific SLA's

Your Profile

You will have demonstrable experience in a Service Desk support role Level 1 within a busy or enterprise scale environment with a strong customer focusxperience supporting the following is critical:

Active DirectoryExchangeMicrosoft Office ndows operating systemsMS TeamsAn underst of networking is preferable>In addition to your technical skills the role requires excellent communication skills the ability to prioritise your workp>

Relevant tertiary qualifications crosoft IL Foundation certifications would be an advantagep>
