They now require a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract with potential for permanency thereafter/p>

Their offices are located in Western Confidential free onsite parking but will relocate to North Ryde p>

THE ROLE:

Working in a Service Desk team of you'll be responsible for providing level 1 remote support & troubleshooting to internal usersp>

There is also the need to participate in a rotating on-call rosterp>

You will support the following:

Windows 10Active DirectoryOutlook / ExchangeOffice 365Basic networking troubleshooting WAN/LAN, TCP/IP etcHardware
ripheralsVarious internal applications

ARE YOU SUITABLE-

The following is required:

Level 1 IT Support experience troubleshooting pporting Microsoft technologies AD, Outlook, Windows etcExcellent customer service abilitiesStrong problem-solving abilitiesProactive 'can do attitude' to solving problemsFriendly proachable personality who can have a laugh!
