Requirements:
We are looking for a experienced customer-oriented candidate to join us as a Sales Assistant on an urgent basis. We are looking for the person who have: The experience & who has worked with Australian Promotions companies before. You should have experience in handling shopify & other shopping platforms. You should have experience in how to increase company sales & win the customer trust. You will be responsible for assisting the customers in selecting products and services offered by the organization. You will also be responsible for managing the store efficiently and keeping IT clean throughout the day. Additionally, you should be able to provide the customer with excellent customer service. We prefer the person who can speak English fluently as the communication skills needs to be excellent. Must have knowledge regarding marketing, promotions, advertising sales or business administration preferred. In this role, you will help grow our sales and expand our customer base.As Sales Assistant, you should possess an extraordinary ability to communicate efficiently and have good organizational skills. You should also have excellent data entry skills and the ability to work for a long working hours.

Responsibilities:
1 - Greeting the customers as and when they arrive.

2 - Understanding the customers' needs and requirements.

3 - Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

4 - Knowing in and out of the products and services offered by the company.

5 - Offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

6 - Keeping the store clean and tidy all the time.

7 - Describing the product benefits to the customers.

8 - Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work.

9 - Developing strategies to improve sales in an efficient manner.

10 - Schedule to call existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

11 - Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

12 - Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

13 - Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.

14 - Answering customers questions in a professional manner.

15 - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

16 - Keeping an eye on the inventory levels and restocking them as well.

17 - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations.

18 - Maintaining the cash register and other financial records.

19 - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

20 - Staying updated with the latest sales trends and practices.
