Your new role
The Internal Communications Senior Business Partner works closely with the business to provide strategic ctical internal communication guidance that helps to deliver stil relevant pactful messaging to the broader Fundn doing so, the role engages with a broad range of internal stakeholders ovides strategic guidance pport on communicating information that impacts gages colleagues
The role works closely with the Internal Communications team to provide senior strategic guidance to the business on best practice approaches for delivering effective internal communication content to the broader Fund as well as driving pporting an IC Engagement Model that outlinessho w business groups should engage with internal communicationsr>
Some of your duties will include:

Strategically support theof partnered Business Group internal communication plans mpaigns that support the delivery of its functions, programs ojects, change initiatives lleague engagementr>Work with the Internal Communications Manager to drive, support omote an Engagement Model that provides a roadmap to business partners onsho w to engage with internal communicationsr>Support leaders within Business Groups to distil, deliver omote key messaging to the broader Fundr>Support ide other Internal Communication Business Partner/s with strategic internal communication planning activitiesr>

What you-ll need

Experience in strategic ctical communication planning ecution that help to shape ive the delivery of Internal Communication functions, particularly during significant periods of change
Experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment
High level written rbal communication skills - ability to write for a variety of different audiences eate highly engaging content
Good technical knowledge to deliver appropriate audio-visual graphic line communication materials via digital int channelsr>Experience working in technical, financial or professional services organisations
Experience using a CMS arePoint
Excellent relationship-building llaboration skills with a range of internal stakeholders, ternal service provides as appropriate
