About the role

The Clinical Lead, Carer Gateway Services is an exciting new position responsible for the clinical oversight of Carer Gateway Service Delivery In-Person Peer Support, Facilitated Coaching, Counselling mmunity Engagement activity across QLD nfidentialhis position will lead practiceinical support across Wellways Carer Gateway Service Delivery in line with Wellways Quality Framework along with building effective relationships with key partners within the Confidential to support quality service delivery rer outcomesp>

Reporting to the Clinical & PracticeManager, Quality & Service Delivery, is position will involve:

Clinical oversight of In-Person Peer Support IPPS, In-Person Counselling cilitated Coaching, ensuring supports are evidence-based line with operational guidelines
Support internal clinical supervision of Counsellors working under Wellways In-Person Counselling Service
Facilitation of Community of Practice for Coaches working under the Facilitated Coaching program
Clinical oversight of program development, including group programs for IPPS, Counselling aching
Development, implementation view of Carer Gateway clinical governance framework in line with Wellways Clinical Governance Framework
Monitoring compliance edentialing of clinical staff including recruitment, clinical training gistration
Leverage off supervision to identify themes aining opportunities to improve dify practice
Work
with key partners to develop plement appropriate training
Undertake the sentinel review process following category one incidents within the Carer Gateway program
Implementation of outcome measures to capture service delivery rer satisfaction data
Implementation of relevant Wellways policies ocesses to ensure safe service delivery within an outreach model
Representation at Wellways Quality, Safety sk committee

This position will require travel to our Carer Gateway sitesp>

Pre-employment requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualifications gistration with an appropriate body AASW, PACFA, ACA
Current valid Driver's License e ability to undertake local terstate travel
Satisfactory pre-employment checks, including but not limited to National Police Records Check, Working with Children Check/Working With Vulnerable People/ Yellow Card ue Card
Evidence of right to work within Australia
Worker Orientation Module Certificate:
