About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the Mental Health or Disability sector to work in our Prevention covery Care program based in Deer Parkare looking for people who are creative, motivated cused on ensuring positive experiences tcomes for participantsgt;

The Sleepover Recovery Workers are integral to the PARC program as they work closely with participants in their recovery journey whilst at PARC, both individually running groups tivities onsite Sleepover Recovery Workers will be key to supporting the PARC community in the evening, establishing supportive routines including shared meals ading wind-down activities oupss position will require the employee to sleepover at the facilityCS operates /7 on a rotating roster nalty rates apply for afternoon, evening ekend hourss is a part time 0 sleepover rolegt;

These PARC programs are collaborative services between Wellways Vincent's Area Mental Health ServiceC is a step up, step down short-stay residence that provides clinical ychosocial support to participants, to prevent the need for hospitalisation or after an inpatient stay to support

What you need

Qualifications or currently undertaking in social science or related discipline
Experience in the field of mental health disability
An underst of recovery principles in mental health cial inclusion
Current valid Driver's Licence e ability to undertake some travel
Evidence of the right to work in Australia
Evidence of, or a willingness to undergo a National Police Records Check, Working with Children Check-employment, NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate, IS Worker Screening Check clearance
