CR-Digital is a strategic and significant division of CR developing products for the World's best miners. Our opportunity

CR Digital is expanding, and we are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a technical sales background in the mining industry to join our team. As our BDM - Mining Digital Technology you will build new and cultivate existing client relationships through their technology adoption life cycle, expanding the use of our leading technology and client productivity outcomes.

Located in Perth, this role offers an excellent base salary and tailored working-from-home arrangements for the successful individual.

Key responsibilities:

Develop strategic and
ongoing relationships with our existing client base
Contribute to overall sales revenue according to budget whilst ensuring you and CR Digital remains a trusted tech partner
Grow your customer base by accurately pipeline and forecast new prospects, to successfully present both technical/commercial offerings to sites and corporate stakeholders
Collaborate with Strategy, Software Development and Operations teams to efficiently onboard and support new customers
Be an ethical ambassador for CR and CRD technology to grow our profile within the marketplace, whilst simultaneously working collaboratively with the broader CR business to improve client interactions

Skills, experience and qualifications:

Ideally a minimum of five (5) years of technology sales experience, preferable within the mining/resources sectors
Exceptional sales capabilities of drive, confidence, resilience and adaptability
You will have exceptional collaboration, communication and relationship-building skills
Proven interpersonal skills - positive and energetic approach, problem-solver, customer service excellence, ability to work autonomously and remotely
Willingness to undertake regular travel to remote sites as required
Proficient in the use of computer systems i.e. Dynamics365
