Basic Qualifications

3 years+ related HR / Ventures & Acquisitions experience or equivalent relevant experience
Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel large data, formulas, pivots, etcynthesize, extract, multiple versions werPoint
Demonstrated Analytics/Analytical Skills/Experience
Basic underst of Total Rewards Compensation, Equity, Benefits, etcgt; Effective Relationship Skills
Strong oral itten English communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor-s degree, preferably with a focus in Human Resources Confidential or related discipline or equivalent experiencegt; Project/Task Confidential

Provides functional subject matter expertise, project Confidential, leadership rvice delivery support for the execution of post-acquisition integration of Accenture's ventures quisitions transactions globallyountable for the success, effectiveness -time delivery of functional activities related to due diligence, solution planning tegration for primary stakeholders onsoring organization of acquisition OG/GP/ Geographiesgt;The V&A HR Deal Execution Specialist will be assigned to various global V&A transactions ojects ll be accountable for the success, effectiveness, -time delivery of assigned HR due diligence tegration work stream activitiesgt;

Key Responsibilities
Due Diligence Phase
includes solution development
Work with Global V&A Deal Execution Lead/team to conduct HR due diligence activities sks, including

Support planning process work plans for individual V&A transactions
Support HR due diligence work stream approach ocesses
Prepare/tailor HR Due Diligence Information Request Lists
Conduct audit view of HR information provided in data room by Seller company
Analyze still data into a cohesive point of view around the findings
Complete required HR DD analyses liverables, eompensation nefits, HR related liabilities, retention plan modeling, etcgt; Build relationships to establish credibility with internal ternal SMEs ller Company representatives
Identify/estimate costs for acquisition business case
Work across all key stakeholder groups, in particular with Financeal x as well as Corporateprofessionals
Identify HR-related opportunities for discussion with the V&A HR Deal Execution Lead/team
Attend key discussions, project specific conference calls internally th Seller HRgt; Identify, track, manage resolve HR DD issues/risks rk plans
Support theof the preliminary HR solution plan for key human resource decisions, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, perquisites, retirement/pension plans, payroll lary grade structure, incentives short-term, long-term, sales force-specific, deferred, staffing approach, culture, HR compliance liciesgt;

Integration Phase
Work with Global V&A Deal Execution Lead/team to plan ive assigned HR integration planning ecution activities sks including

Plan for the HR process impacts involving Accenture non-st approaches, working directly with the SAP obal HR process ownersgt; Create drive HR transition calendar, work plan dget, including leveraging erseeing direct or indirect team members who are responsible for executing certain tasks
Support various -to do by signing- pan class="preg">-to do by - HR task lists including consultation mmunications, agreement to a set of terms nditions, set-up eparation of systems including SAP yroll itial inductionsgt; Document HR activities that must be addressed during ongoing operationsgt; Support ongoing HR operations to ensure all issues arising from delayed during transition are appropriately addressedgt; Facilitate an effective hr to include out documentation Deal summary, Policy Compliance Checklist, Sharepoint,
Responsible for managing the local transfer processes under the local ARD regulations
