Play a pivotal role in delivering the next stage of people program of work relating to our HR operational processes, practices nfidential reporting initiatives associated with our wage compliance framework for Award covered employeesou will be an experienced ssionate Program Delivery professional who has a genuine interest in working across large gh performing HR teamsp>

In this role, you-ll be accountable for operationalising improvements across our business including reporting, ordinating a review into further technology-enabled approachesou-ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your strong stakeholder Confidential oject Confidential skills by partnering with key stakeholders across the region including HR Operations, Reward, Employment Relations, HR Business Partners, HR Projects team, Payroll, Operational Risk, Internal Communications, Learning & Development, chnology to deliver monthly compliance activities chnology-enabled approachesp>

Your strengths include knowledge of the operations associated with payroll, data Confidential the Industrial Relations framework, driving strong alignment with regional counterparts for efficiencies ansparency, change Confidential, reporting ocess enhancementsp>

Day to day, your role will include:

Coordination livery of the monthly process -delivering monthly communications to new employees, monthly Confidential reporting including manual payroll reporting, initiating new processes rtnering with relevant people to manage any specific cases requiring reconciliation
partnering with the Program Sponsor Director to review hance resources for employees
involvement in any open risk items surance related processes including those related to shift stering across this business, in partnership with HR Business Partners erational Risk
supporting the operationalisation of a fit for purpose technology solution to manage, monitor port Time Off in Lieu requirements nage interim processes porting to monitor this
supporting the implementation of data storage eds that enable reporting on wage compliance via the PowerBI dashboardr>

Holding a tertiary qualification in human resources, employment relations or related field, you will have previous HR, ER or program delivery exposure vanced knowledge of Excelou-ll be able to insights alysis to inform decision making, with the ability to communicate complex requirements into easy to understocesses, have a high level of attention to detail coupled with a strong work ethic arning mindsetou-ll have demonstrated the relevant discipline required to successfully manage projects through to implementation confident communicator, you-ll be comfortable managing multiple tasks akeholders with competing rict deadlines iorities ll be process driven in your approachou-re able to synthesise large data sets into digestible information, adapt quickly velop new knowledge with a proven record of high-quality service, llaborative, team based work stylep>
