The Organisation

While this is a temporary position, there is the potential it could be extended, or other projects could come up within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the HR Manager, and the wider management team, duties will include;

Advise on HR policies and procedures across the business, while being able to update and roll out any changesManage the full end to end recruitment process from advertising, screening, contract set up and onboarding across all sitesWork with managers in the business on Employee Relations issues and advise
accordinglySupport any HR projects and initiatives and drive the outcomes company wideManage training matrixes and employee development and engagement processCollate data for monthly and ad-hoc reporting requirements for business managers

This is a true hands on, operational role which will allow you to engage with various stakeholders across the business, where your advice is well received and respected.

Due to this role being short term, you will need to be available to start within the week.
