Job Description

As the stne HR, responsibilities include:

Assist with theintenance of current Position Descriptions
Liaise with Confidential with advertising
Liaise with agencies, source & screen ctes for interviews range temporary office staff as requiredr>
Assist in the Coordination lection of new personnel i advertising, interview, assessment
Prepare employment agreements dge
Coordinate the induction of new personnel ovide starter pack
Set up personal files for each individual that starts, making sure relevant documents are completed gned
Maintain all HR Records
Oversee rry out tasks as per the HR Calendar nfidential
of the HR Department including but not limited to;
HR document controlling
Confidential of company filing structure & ensure company documents are kept up to date at all times
Supervision of all registers & records so they are properly maintained
All other Administration related dutiesr>
