Your new role
Reporting directly to the Group Executive, Technology Services, you will be integral to delivering the Fund-s Global technology strategys an accomplished senior leader you will ensure operational stability rformance of the Fund-s cloud -prem technology infrastructure ive improvements in operational continuity by providing IT services that are highly available, highly resilient to disruption pidly able to recover from failure, including the Confidential of global disaster recovery plans sociated remediation activitiesr>
You will own ersee the uplift age of robust Service Confidential processes, sts, idelines, based on industry best practice mplying with relevant anging regulatory requirementsou will continuously improve the performance of an international, /7 IT Service Desk pport model, ensuring agreed service levels are met by managing performance of technology platforms, systems, ird-party providersr>
Other responsibilities include

Lead the Confidential rformance of technology platforms stems by leveraging vendors llaborating with other teams within Technology Services, including minimising the business impact of outages to critical systems iving down risk in quantifiable mpliant manner
Responsible for executive-level vendor Confidential including Material Service Providers, ensuring full value is realised from our partners ird-party risk is compliant naged within the Fund-s risk appetite
People leadership responsibilities for a global Company
Partnering with Technology nd leaders to support delivery of the Fund-s enterprise-wide technology strategy, ensuring our initiatives support the Funds strategic goals, putting our members lleagues front ntre

What you-ll need

Extensive experience in Technology Service Confidential, maintaining reliable operation of global technology services naging high priority incidents; International experience is highly desirabler>Experience leading migrations to - rking in - a Cloud-first vOps environment
Experience leading IT transformations, including data centre consolidation, migration of applications across cloud -prem
Experience ssion for customer centric service provision
In-depth underst rking knowledge of ITIL her relevant ITSM frameworks, including a track-record of driving measurable improvements in process maturityr>Demonstrable experience in a combination of technology, as well as Confidential strategy roles, with a proven track-record of success in leadership positions responsible for large transformation programs
Experience in service delivery in a multi-vendor environment with the ability to develop intain high quality interpersonal relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both within tside the Fund, to deliver agreed outcomes
Collaborative, authentic, articulate rsuasive leader who can deliver outcomes through others rve as an effective member of the senior leadership team of the Fund
Executive-level written rbal communication skills, including the ability to regularly present at Board level global regulators
Poise ility to act calmly mpetently in high-pressure, high-stress situations, as well as the ability to professionally hconfidential matters
Commercially astute, with strong underst of governance sk, supplier Confidential, gotiation skills
