We are seeking a Digital tomation expert to provide strategic direction adership across Digital tomation within Confidential Grouphe General Manager Digital tomation will deliver simplification initiatives to improve member experience through end-to-end oversight, with considerations to scale eadth of capability across:

Digital - the design innovative namic digital strategies that position Confidential to be a market leaderbr>Automation - thebedding of the Confidential automation strategy along with leadership vernance over the Confidential owth of the automation function within RACQbr>Artificial Intelligence AI - the ongoing investigation into entification of opportunities where AI can be used within the Confidential to enhance the way that Confidential provides value to its members affbr>

This new leadership position will engage with all areas of Confidential to build robust rapport with other executive leaders r Confidential Boardhis role will hold key responsibilities for both defining plementing the digital tomation initiatives of the Groups strategic objectives rticipating in our Group Strategic planning delivery/p>

Key responsibilities-include:

Lead the Group-s Payments gital platforms to deliver innovative best practice digital experiences that are relevant to members ovide tangible member valuebr>Lead fluence business thinking based on member value stomer design principles to enhance member experience gagementbr>Ensure effective relationships with key service providers that support the group-s digital, innovation tomation platforms mmunications servicesbr>Deliver innovative payments gital solutions to the Group r membersbr>Implement the Group's digital tomation initiatives lated projects from inception through planning proval to implementation st-implementationbr>Ensure all financial her statistics relevant to monitoring the performance of the Group-s digital, innovation tomation assets are accurate, up-to-date bmitted
Critically analyse ke high-level complex decisions that affect Digital, Automation, oup activities, anticipating long-term or strategic risks with incomplete information where necessarybr>

Skills & Experience:

10 + years demonstrated experience defining innovative digital strategies for diverse business portfolios that deliver significant revenue growth st minimisationbr>Demonstrated track record of defining innovative automation strategies for diverse business portfolios that delivers significant revenue growth st minimisationbr>Demonstrated capability in successfully presenting fluencing at board, executive nior Confidential levels to consider, review ange their current business modelsbr>Proven experience building ading high performing teams focused on continuous improvement veloping innovative digital tomation solutionsbr>Extensive experience in digital leadership roles across multiple industries automotive, banking, financial services, travel, retailing, nsumer goodsbr>Proven capability managing complex high volume/high value e-commerce environments in a defined timeframe
Significant experience in user experience design, digital experience optimisation, digital br, disruptive digital technologies ommerce
