Full Time Technical Sales Representative - Silverwater

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in the Coffee Industry
- Be a team player
- Strong communication and personal skills
- Knowledge and passion for the coffee industry
- Technical knowledge of coffee bean origins, varieties and processing
- Technical knowledge of coffee bean roasting and blending
- Technical knowledge of coffee machines and equipment including service experience
- Coffee barista skills including coffee grind, shot measurement and cupping
- Proven experience in reporting, drawing up contracts and proposals
- An ability to operate autonomously, be flexible and able to operate in new environments
- Excellent customer service
- Full drivers license
- Must be able to lift 15kg

Responsibilities:
- Sales and marketing of primarily of our coffee beans, and upselling of our coffee machines and equipment.
- Responding to new enquiries, evaluation of customer needs and promotion of our products.
- Converting new customer leads into sales.
- Bring in new business by visiting potential customers and businesses within your territory offering our products, training and programmes.
- Manage existing customer base, monitoring their needs and promoting new coffee lines and equipment that may suit their needs.
- Providing technical advice on coffee beans, providing coffee training and making recommendations.
- Assist with picking and packing orders when needed.
- Assist with stock control and warehousing.
- Reporting to the sales manager on sales made and commercialisation of coffee and related products.
- Citing and negotiating prices, filling out contracts and preparing orders.
- Completing sales reports and providing feedback to management.
- Establish and strengthen your business relationships with new and existing customers to ensure their needs are met.

Benefits:
Salary: $70k to $80k (plus Super), depending on experience.
