Requirements:
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as Panel Beater
- Expertise in working with hail damage and restorations
- Experience in reassembling vehicle body parts and accessories
- Requires full driver-s license and always be available to travel for on road calls/pickups
- This role requires 4- 6 months in different locations around Australia in our many
Workshops therefore you must be available to work interstate for long periods
Responsibilities:
- Assessing the extent of motor vehicle repairs, restoration, or customization requests.
- Managing customer expectations.
- Preparing repair or modification cost estimates and finalizing agreements.
- Planning, organizing, and scheduling the workflow.
- Regularly updating customers on the progress of their repairs.
- Restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition by removing dents, mending
- parts, removing rust, repairing scratches.
- Apply paintless dent removal technics to recoverable dents preventing spray painting.
- Accommodating customization requests.
- Ensuring compliance to industry specifications and safety standards.
- Operating recovery vehicles and mechanical hydraulic equipment.
- Liaising with customers in regard to the services that they require.
