- Diploma or Degree in Management
- At least 3- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time- Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Managing travel arrangements and meeting schedules
- Assisting with project management and other administrative tasks as needed.
- contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
- assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
- liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems
- Managing the office's budget and financial records
- Overseeing office security and safety protocols
- ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
- coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision
Benefits:
Salary $70,000 to $75,000 plus superannuation.
