Full Time Office Manager - South Hedland

Diploma or degree in management
At least 3- 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and time- management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in microsoft office and accounting software
Responsibilities:
Managing travel arrangements and meeting schedules
Assisting with project management and other administrative tasks as needed.
Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
Liaising with professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems
Managing the office\'s budget and financial records
Overseeing office security and safety protocols
Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision

Benefits:
Salary $70,000 to $75,000 plus superannuation.
