Salary Range $95,000 - $100,000 + Super

Having successfully launched hubs in Austin Texas and Amsterdam over the last 2 years, we are excited to be opening our doors in Sydney and transforming the way brands across Australia recruit Tech, Digital and IT talent.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Tech, Digital and IT recruitment to join our dynamic team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including Employee Relations, Training & Development, Employer Branding, Employee Advocacy, Recruitment, Benefits administration, Tech, Digital, IT, and Recruitment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, ideally within a Tech Digital & IT Recruitment background.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with employees and management
- Experience using and training employees on platforms including: Microsoft Dynamics, Click
- Dimensions, Bob HR, Linkedin, LinkedIn Recruiter, One Up sales, Herefish, Indeed,
Responsibilities:
- Use your employee resourcing skills to attract top talent utilising a range of tools to source a Diverse range of candidates
- Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the HR department as the business grows
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure employee satisfaction and retention
- Work with management to develop and implement effective performance management Trategies to drive productivity and achieve business goals
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Build strong relationships internally and externally, to drive positive diversity and inclusion
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and Rocedures as well as employment laws and regulations
- Develop and implement innovative employee engagement programs to enhance workplace Culture
- Coach and mentor managers on employee relations matters
- Stay up- To- Date on industry trends and best practices and provide guidance to management On HR- Related issues
- Manage compensation and benefit plans with external Payroll/Finance consultancies.

- Use online recruiting methods, job boards, social media, CRM and other recruiting resources To source candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Implement effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to qualify digital talent
- Delivering a high level of customer service to all prospective candidates
