Position Human Resources Manager
Employment Full- Time
Remuneration $90,000 to $100,000 p. A. Plus superannuation
Location 131 Scanlon Dr, Epping VIC 3076
L & S Fabrication is one of the largest growing sheet metal manufactures in Victoria. We are looking for an HR Manager to assist our business with the human resources management. The ideal candidate will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action and training and development.
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Human resources role
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- In- Depth knowledge of HR best practices
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation and problem solving skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to provide training and supervision
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and needs
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resources
- Identifying human resources needs for the organisation
- Determining suitable salaries and remuneration
- Plan and engage in recruitment processes
- Onboarding newcomers to the company
- Developing adequate induction and training
- Manage payroll processing
- Maintain employee personnel records
- Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Conduct performance management and reviews
- Allocating staff on projects and monitoring productivity levels
- Engage in promotions, wage increments and appropriate disciplinary actions and termination processes
- Developing and maintaining occupational health and safety processes within the organisation
- Representing the organisation for human resources related work
- Any other tasks as required by the management
Benefits:
$90,000 to $100,000 p. A. Lus superannuation
