Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all administrative, operational, and overall functioning of the establishment.
- Accomplishes job expectations through strategic planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, as well as coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Responsible for overseeing all administrative, operational, and overall functioning of the staff, with a significant emphasis on leading and directing employees.
- Delegates administrative tasks such as accounting, paperwork, etc, and managing staffing resources effectively
- Overseeing human resources tasks include determining needs, hiring employees, overseeing the assignment of employees, and planning staff development.
