JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:

- International Work experience
- Master level qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of construction projects.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
2. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government authorities to ensure project success.
- Maintain clear and effective communication to address concerns and expectations of all stakeholders.
- Provide regular project status updates to the management team.
3. Budget and Cost Control:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring projects stay within budget.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure cost- Effective materials and services.
- Monitor and control project costs to maximize profitability.
4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce quality standards and regulatory requirements for all construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Address and rectify any non- Compliance issues promptly.
5. Resource Management:
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
- Supervise and manage on- Ite personnel, including subcontractors and construction crews.
- Optimize resource allocation to maintain project productivity.
6. Risk Assessment and Problem Solving:
- Identify potential risks and obstacles and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Resolve project- Related issues promptly and effectively to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, change orders, and project documentation.
- Provide regular project status reports to the management team and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary permits and regulatory requirements.
