Construction project manager with more than 5 years of experience in various projects
Proficient in AutoCAD
Responsibilities:
- Making a comprehensive cost study in order to make the optimum bid in the tender.
- Executed all pre- Construction, construction and quality control responsibilities.
- Interpreting drawings and specifications and taking all technical responsibilities for the duration of the work.
- Ensuring that the project is implemented in accordance with technical specifications.
- Making all the necessary organizations to complete the project on time.
- Optimize company-s resources and implement new systems to cut constructional expenses.
- Act as the project interface between all relevant parties including contractor, subcontractors, suppliers and control engineers.
- Providing coordination and negotiation between the contractor company and the subcontractors about works and payments without any problem.
- Creating construction schedules and monitoring the processes.
- Tracking project-s budget and advising cost effective proposals to general manager.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety rules at the construction site.
- Controlling overall project budgets including taxes with the purchase specialist.
- Supervising all the construction activities at project site.
- Ensuring quality construction standards and using proper construction techniques.
- Having regular meetings with the general manager and presenting reports about the progress of the project.
