We-re on the lookout for an experienced leader in Early Education who wants to contribute to the continued success of our brand and customer experience to join our family!

You-ll have the time and focus, as enrolments are taken care of for you and you will work with a leadership team who are inclusive and supportive when you need IT.
You will support programming that is focused on encouraging our children to be independent learners that helps with their resilience and self- Awareness. You will encourage conversations with children that develop their inquisitive minds and therefore create the basis of the Centres programming and the children-s learning journey with us.

- Minimum 2 years- experience in a Nominated Supervisor position in an Early Childhood Service or Minimum 5 years- experience in a leadership position in an Early Childhood Service
- Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training, team leadership and management of staff.
- Understanding and working knowledge of WHS legislation
- Demonstrated knowledge of service-s requirements of the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) system and ability to perform software application for compliance
- Be willing to accept the role of Nominated Supervisor under the Education and Care Services National Law Application Bill 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulations
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and Education and Care Services National Law (2010), Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011), Family Assistance Law (Child Care Subsidy 2018)
- Start date: Immediately

You-re an experienced Centre Manager who is passionate and dedicated to high- Quality care with a collaborative leadership style and you also have:
- Diploma in Children-s Services, Bachelor-s Degree or equivalent
- At least two years Leadership experience within an early childhood environment
- A current Working with Children check
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Australian working rights
- Confidence in collaborating with our families and the local community
Responsibilities:
- Managing educators and ancillary staff including mentoring, supervision of trainees, staff appraisals etc
- Managing day to day rosters of educators and ancillary staff
- Daily liaison with parents and families via conversation, email, newsletter, and daily digital journals to families for their child-s education and care during the day
- Daily responsibility of ensuring National Law and State regulations are embedded and followed at all times.
- Weekly ordering of food
- Weekly ordering of nappies and consumables for the children
- Maintenance of monthly regulatory records, including fire drills, lockdown and anaphylaxis management.
- Managing the children-s attendance records including childcare subsidy (CCS) and CCMS systema.
- Developing and implementing educational programs, in conjunction with your peers that promote child social, emotional and cognitive development of the children in your care. 

- Providing early childhood and care in the LDC setting.
