- Min AQF Diploma level qualified
- Min 2+ years- experience in cafe/restaurant management
- Strong Barista skills will be well regarded

Responsibilities:
- Manage the FOH team
- Deliver exceptional customer service to new and regular patrons and guests, taking reservations and orders where necessary
- Ordering and stocktake, ensuring records are properly recorded
- Roster staff and complete time sheet approvals
- Develop and train new and existing team members
- Rotating roster over 7 days - weekend work is required
- Coordinate with Chefs to update and plan menus taking into consideration any pre- Ooked functions.
- Ensure the venue is well presented, clean and meets all health and safety regulations.
- Work with our HR team and provide recommendations in relation to hiring new staff, providing on- The- Job training and supervision as required for front and back of house staff.
