- Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Restaurant Services or relevant field
- 2+ Years experience as a Café and Restaurant Manager in a full- Ervice restaurant is mandatory
- Strong organisation, time management, leadership and communication skills
- Passion for customer service and hospitality
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and fine dining etiquette
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Able to perform and lead in under pressure
- Good team player
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day- To- Day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Experience with stock ordering, stock control and ordering of supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Assist with rostering and payroll
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
