- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Coordination of IT development services and business change management.
- Identifying variations and potential high- Risk areas as per the SLAs and recommending corrections.
- Responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
- Communicating, educating, and liaising with clients and management to ensure awareness and adherence to standards, procedures and QC issues and activities.
- Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software.
- Preparation of technical documentation for UAT and final project delivery.
